What We Do

Neighbor Helping Neighbor Since 1965.

The Greater Delafield Community Fund unites neighbors to fuel local impact. Our annual grants address basic needs and strengthen the community. Your project may be eligible if your 501(c)(3) serves Lake County. Applications open early each year and close March 1.

We invest in:

  • Services for women and children
  • Food pantries and meal programs
  • Health and wellness services
  • Youth and educational initiatives
  • Cultural, historical and environmental needs
  • Community trail and outdoor projects

The Greater Delafield Community Fund is powered by volunteers. With no staff, no office and minimal overhead, every dollar goes directly to strengthening Lake Country. Our board carefully reviews each application to award grants based on community impact.
